Energising the body and mind with twists.
13.45-14.45 - Dru Yoga with Christine Yates
Dru Yoga for inner strength and calm
15.00-16.00 - Hatha Yoga with Janet Long
Balancing the Chakras
16.15-17.15 - Sports Yoga with Emma Howard
Sports Yoga for Runners
16.15-17.15 - Chair Yoga with Claire Pickin
Gentle chair yoga including some standing poses, finishing with a seated relaxation
17.30-18.30 - Relaxing Yoga with Jackie Hudson
Moving to stillness through asana and pranayama
18.45-19.30 - Yoga Nidra with Deirdra Barr
Wrap up the day with a 45 minute deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep). You may want to bring a blanket.
