After the excesses and stresses of the festive season, treat your mind, body and soul to this six week introduction to Yoga with British Wheel of Yoga-qualified teacher, Richard Fowler. Over this six week course, you'll learn the basic principles of yoga to help you develop your own practice and enjoy all of yoga's benefits:

Classes will include poses (asanas) and sequences, with special attention paid to correct alignment, plus pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and a little bit of yoga philosophy too.
