Wellbeing Tuesdays is our regular weekly programme of affordable wellbeing activities. All the classes work on a drop-in, pay what you can basis.
The current timetable is:
- Yoga 9.30 - 10.30am
- Groove Stretch and tone 10.45 - 11.45
- Guided meditation 12.00 - 12.45
- Chairobics 15.15 - 16.15
- Pilates 18.15 - 19.15
- Circuits 18.30 - 19.30
- Yoga 19.30 - 20.30
Beyond our Wellbeing Tuesday programme, we now have yoga classes running on a Friday morning at 9.30am with Emma Howard, as well as on a Monday evening from 6pm-7pm with Richard Fowler.
