GKR Karate Kids class
Weekly on Mondays: 4:30 – 5:30pm
Karate is an ideal sport for everyone, who would like to build self-confidence, balance, co-ordination, discipline, fitness and courtesy, while learning basic self-defence skills. Children may start from as young as 5.
Here at Stretford we run a family class, allowing people of all ages to train together in the same class. Parents may train alongside their children, while brothers and sisters of all ages may also train in the same class.

Helen's Mum and Baby Yoga
Starting Tuesday May 4: 12:30 – 1:30pm
Then weekly on Tuesday
The class is very gentle yoga based stretches for both Mum and baby...with lots of singing nursery rhymes for the babies. It's very beginner friendly and fun!
Tuesdays at 12.30pm for 45 minutes.
