From the 30th & 31st of January 2021 and throughout 2021, the Muslim Arts and Culture Festival (MACFEST) will present a diverse selection of speakers, artists, cultures and much more! The 2021 festival will celebrate the diversity and richness of Muslim heritage; it will engage people and bring together people of all ages and denominations, including school, college and university students and local communities; and what is more MANFEST says ....

The opening  Opening Ceremony for MACFEST 2021 will kickstart this year’s festival on Saturday 30th January 2021, from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon. The Opening Ceremony will offer you a taster of MANFEST's Festival Feast – including a preview of our international programme. Once you book on a Zoom link will be sent out a week before and a day before the event.

On the 19 February Ashfia Asrif, a Manchester based artist, will provide an ONLINE workshop to demonstrate how to construct/draw and paint flowers inspired by the Mughal Empire of India. This ONLINE event will be from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm and will be introduced from the newly renovated Ballroom at Stretford Public Hall by our Events Manager Joanna Jones.
