Wellbeing Tuesdays

Wellbeing Tuesdays is our regular weekly programme of affordable wellbeing activities.  All the classes work on a drop-in, pay what you can basis.

Our next programme runs from 3rd October to 5th December 2017 and the schedule of classes is: 

  • Yoga 9.30 - 10.30am
  • Groove Stretch and tone 10.30 - 11.30
  • Guided meditation 11.30 - 12.15
  • Chairobics 15.00 - 16.00
  • Pilates 18.15 - 19.15
  • Yoga 19.30 - 20.30
  • Meditation 20.35 - 21.20
